Preparing our braised chicken with morels might be one of the most time-consuming projects on the menu currently. We de-bone, sear and gently bake (about 2 hours) our birds ( via ) in a mix of mushroom trim, mirepoix, bouquet garnis, sherry wine and overnight chicken stock. Stay tuned for part 2 of putting the Poulet aux Morilles together!

First Tuesday is falling on Cinco de Mayo, so in addition to our usual $2 🦪 and $5 glasses of Muscadet, we’re happy to partner up with to offer ice cold shots of Mezcalvados. The party happens on the patio (ie not in the dining room) until we’re out of oysters.
